When are you open?
The Fine Line box office is open T-F from 11am to 11pm. We have live music Tuesday-Saturday, unless otherwise noted
The Fine Line is closed Sunday & Monday unless otherwise noted.

What is your age policy?
All shows are 21+, unless otherwise noted.
On 18+ shows, no one under the age of 18 is allowed to enter the Fine Line. However, from time to time the Fine Line will make limited exceptions to this policy.
Only General Manager Rob Colasanti can approve these exceptions. To inquire about making an exception to this policy, the parent of the minor wishing to attend the show will need to call Rob at least two business days in advance from the date of the show during normal business hours. Call 612-338-8100 M-F 11am-5pm. ***Please note that the parent of each minor will be required to fill out paperwork and also attend the show.
How can I get tickets to Fine Line shows?
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000. You can also purchase tickets in person at the Fine Line box office T-F between the hours of 11am and 11pm. We cannot do any phone sales.
What is seating like at the Fine Line?
The Fine Line is a general admission venue with limited fixed seating. Seating is available on a "first-come, first-served" basis, unless you reserve a table by buying and X-GOLD ticket for a national show, or by calling or stopping by the box office for a local show.
What is a X-GOLD ticket?
Extra Gold dinner/beverage package seating is reserved seating along the rail in the mezzanine and at the rear of the main floor. These are the best seats in the house, offering unobstructed sight lines. Extra Gold seating is an extra $60.00 per mezzanine ticket or $30.00 per main floor ticket, and the $60.00 or $30.00 can be applied to anything on the menu except tax or gratuity. Tables hold four people. Please note that you may be seated with other people at your table if you do not purchase all the seats at your table. What time do doors open for a show?
We usually open doors 1 hour before the start of a show. Remember that's a "usually," not an "always." Always check your ticket, our website, or call box office to confirm doors.
Is the Fine Line handicapped accessible?
Yes, the Fine Line is a handicapped accessible facility. If you need assistance please contact our box office in advance at (612) 338-8100.
Is there an ATM located inside of the Fine Line?
Yes, there is an ATM. When you enter the fronts doors, the ATM is located left, next to the merch tables.
Do you have a coat check?
Coat check is located by the entrance. Coat check is seasonal and only used during the winter months and during inclement weather for all other seasons.
Does the Fine Line allow audio and video taping? What about cameras?
We do not allow video cameras. We do not allow audio taping unless the artist approves. We do not allow still cameras unless the artist approves, and when approved, flashes are not allowed as they distract the artists and disrupt other patrons' experience.
What can't you bring into the Fine Line?
We do not allow back packs or other large bags. We do not allow: weapons, illegal substances, food and alcohol. We want you to have an enjoyable evening. We take security very seriously. If you have any problems, please contact a member of our staff for assistance.
